Welcome to Faodail Flair-Your place for Teaching Inspiration and Support
Faodail is a Scottish word meaning “a lucky find” — and that’s exactly what I want my resources to feel like for busy teachers. At Faodail Flair, I create engaging, low-prep materials that make learning more accessible for middle school students, especially multilingual learners (MLLs), IEP/504 students, and struggling readers.
As a teacher myself, I know how overwhelming differentiation can feel. That’s why my resources are built around simple shifts that save teachers time without sacrificing rigor — think vocabulary scavenger hunts, interactive graphic organizers, Google Slides activities, escape rooms, lab templates, and micro-memoir writing bundles. Each resource is designed to get students talking, moving, and collaborating so they learn without even realizing it.
Beyond the classroom, Faodail Flair is about supporting the whole teacher. I share blog posts on differentiation, teaching strategies, and classroom life — including what it’s like to balance teaching with hidden illnesses like vestibular migraines and Hashimoto’s. My goal is to build a space where teachers feel seen, supported, and equipped with practical tools that work.
Whether you’re here for a freebie to try tomorrow, a blog post to spark ideas, or a resource to save your prep time, I hope you find Faodail Flair to be your own “lucky find.”
