Faodail is a Scottish word meaning “a lucky find” — and that’s exactly what I want my resources to feel like for busy teachers. At Faodail Flair, I create engaging, low-prep materials that make learning more accessible for middle school students, especially multilingual learners (MLLs), IEP/504 students, and struggling readers.

As a teacher myself, I know how overwhelming differentiation can feel. That’s why my resources are built around simple shifts that save teachers time without sacrificing rigor — think vocabulary scavenger hunts, interactive graphic organizers, Google Slides activities, escape rooms, lab templates, and micro-memoir writing bundles.
